中小企业是经济增长的重要引擎。为推动东盟和中日韩中小企业数字化绿色化协同转型发展，打造绿色智慧的数字生态文明，工业和信息化部中小企业发展促进中心、中国中小企业国际合作协会拟于2024年10月15日在云南省昆明市举办东盟与中日韩数字赋能中小企业绿色发展论坛暨南亚东南亚数字合作对接交流会（以下简称论坛）。
论坛将邀请相关国家政府部门、高校及科研院所、服务机构、产业园区及数字化转型领军企业以及优质中小企业代表等出席，共同探讨如何助力中小企业实现数字化绿色化转型发展。会议期间将组织参会嘉宾走访调研昆明市产业园区、企业、科研机构等机构。

Welcome to Participate in ASEAN+3 Forum on Digital Empowerment for
SMEs’ Green Development and
Digital Cooperation Matchmaking of South and Southeast Asia
Promoting SMEs’ development is a major force in promoting the economic development. Currently, it’s of great importance to promote the synergistic transformation of digitalization and green development, and build a green and smart digital ecological civilization. Under this context, China Centre for Promotion of SME Development and China International Cooperation is planning to hold the APT Forum on “Digital Empowerment for
SMEs’ Green Development and Digital Cooperation Matchmaking of South and Southeast Asia” on October 15, 2024 in Kunming City, Yunnan Province (hereinafter referred to as the Forum).
The Forum will invite representatives from government departments, universities and research institutes, service organizations, industrial parks and digital transformation leaders, as well as high-quality SMEs to discuss and analyze the forum from their own professional perspectives, and provide a platform for communication and exchange in order to help SMEs realize the transformation of digitalization and green development. As part of the forum, the participants will be invited to visit industrial parks, enterprises and research institutes in Kunming.
We look forward to your participation to the Forum in person, which would be a good opportunity for participates to discuss and promote practical cooperation among SMEs. Please reply your intention of participation through filling out annexed form to smeglobal@chinasme.org by September 30. We will be appreciated if you could share this information with other interested stakeholders.
